Important Information

Business Licenses
If you operate a business in Marshall, you are required to have a valid business license, as per Bylaw 02-2019.

Business licenses must be renewed annually.

Come into the office between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, to renew your license.  We accept cash or cheque only.

Pet Licenses
If you own a pet(s) in Marshall, you are required to have a license for each animal, as set out in Bylaw 05-2015.

Utility Billing
We have now switched to consumption based billing. The next utility billing will sent out after the meter reading on December 31, 2024.

 2024 Property Taxes
Property taxes were mailed out on April 26, 2024.

A 15% interest penalty will be added to all unpaid 2024 property taxes as of January 1, 2025.

Council meetings are held at 6:30 pm on the 2nd Tuesday of every month and are open to the public.  If you would like to be a delegate at a council meeting, please phone one week prior to the meeting so we can reserve a spot on the agenda for you.   Thanks!
