Six communities will receive a $25,000 grant as the winners of the Richardson Pioneer Rider Nation Community Celebration contest. The Richardson Pioneer Community Celebration is bringing Grey Cup Festival excitement throughout Saskatchewan as the CFL championship heads to Regina in November this year. The Town of Marshall is one of the six communities that won the contest.
In addition to the $25,000 donation from Richardson Pioneer to support local sport, culture, and recreation projects, the winning communities will host a one-day party featuring the Grey Cup trophy, the 620 CKRM Rider Cheer Team, Gainer the Gopher, and Rider alumni.
For more information on the contest please visit Richardson Pioneers Website.
More information about the celebration event will be announced soon.
